1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Loco Lite (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Loco Lite. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who are found to be under 18.

3. Description of Service

Loco Lite is an AI-powered cannabis cultivation advisory platform providing:

  • AI-powered plant photo diagnostics and analysis.
  • Dynamically generated educational cultivation courses.
  • AI mentor chat for cultivation guidance.
  • AI-generated infographic content.

4. User Accounts

  • Accounts are created via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
  • You may not share your account or allow others to access the Service using your credentials.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Free Trial accounts provide limited access for 3 days with no credit card required.
  • Paid subscriptions (Starter, Mentor, Power) are billed monthly through Stripe.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for refund requests.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
  • Upload content that is harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
  • Attempt to bypass usage quotas, rate limits, or security measures.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without authorization.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Important: All diagnostic results, courses, and chat responses are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Loco Lite does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

You should not rely solely on AI-generated advice for making decisions about plant care. Always verify critical recommendations with qualified professionals or additional research. Loco Lite is not responsible for any damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.

8. Legal Compliance

Loco Lite provides educational and diagnostic tools for cannabis cultivation. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your cultivation activities comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws in your jurisdiction. Loco Lite does not encourage or condone any illegal activity.

9. Intellectual Property

  • The Loco Lite brand, logo, design, and underlying technology are owned by Loco Lite and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • Courses and infographics generated for your account are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.
  • You retain ownership of photos and content you upload to the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOCO LITE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loco Lite and its operators from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
